School Wide Positive Behavior Support (SWPBS) is a school wide behavior plan focusing on behavior expectations in all aspects of a student's day. This district wide behavior plan teaches students how they should behave, recognizes them for their behavior, and rewards them for positive behavior.
Students earn a ticket from the “Paw Patrol” when they are caught being good and demonstrating the qualities of a Parkway Manor Panther, which are being:
Respectful
Responsible
Kind
Safe
